Working for BluePrint means more to me than just a daily job. It means a chance for me to inspire and influence those around me. I love that my management style is based on team leadership because as a company, It is important that we learn from one another, and become cognizant of our strengths and weaknesses. As CEO, I set priorities for my team to follow and ensure that employee and company goals are met by working with each department. We work towards our vision of unity and set a foundation for innovation and imagination.
AR, VR, FinTech and 3D Printing may be the key technological drivers in today's society. Being a part of the management team of BluePrint and involved in groundbreaking technology makes coming to work exciting every single day. The potential that BluePrint has to change business, communication and the economy is nothing short of phenomenal. Think and become!
Blueprint allows me to express my creativity through its groundbreaking 3D printing technology. Blueprint is an amazing project, with astronomical potential. I love my job because I am the head of the production department, the department that creates everything that Blueprint sells. Being a creative person is a big advantage in my position and based on my ideas for our company it has paid off. I provide great ideas, great management, and prior business experience as well as VE experience. I love to read books based on personal finance, investing, and complex economics. Through the knowledge I get through books and social media, I invest in stocks as well as other investments. My hobbies to an everyday person might seem a bit dull, but in my case, I find them very fulfilling in the world surrounded by financial races. An interesting fact about my self is that I am very good at acting. I can pretend to be someone I am not to cater to whatever audience I please.
BluePrint is a opportunity, a stepping stone, and a learning experience for me. BluePrint has become my family, we bond through the challenges and failures that come with being a startup. But the one thing that resonates with me the most is that everyone is passionate and believe in the success of our company. Another plus is the networking opportunities, being around business professionals allows me get an idea of what I truly want in a career and how to get there.
As the chief of finance, I am excited to see what BluePrint has to offer. As a startup company, BluePrint has allowed me to learn the functions of the company from the very beginning. My responsibilities include overseeing the financial condition of the company, setting company budgets, and monitoring the economy growth. My job has truly allowed me to explore the unknown of the business world from a new perspective. Many asked me why I picked this job, I tell them I love numbers and I love playing with money! However, I also enjoy traveling and binge-watching Netflix during my free time.
